How to read this table

  • Page of your site — The URL as Google indexed it.
  • Monthly Google visits — Estimated visits this page earns every month from Google, all its keywords added up.
  • Keywords it ranks for — How many different searches bring this page up.
  • Worth in Google Ads — What buying this page's traffic through ads would cost each month.
  • At #1 — Keywords where this page is the very first result.
  • At #2-3 — Keywords where it sits just below the top.
  • In the top 10 — Keywords on the rest of page 1.
  • Positions 11-20 — Keywords on page 2 — the closest ones to breaking into page 1, and usually the cheapest wins on the whole site.

Questions about this table

Why is a page missing from this table?

Because it ranks for nothing in Google's top 100 yet, or Google has not indexed it at all. A page absent here earns no search traffic, whatever its quality — check that it is reachable, indexable and linked from the rest of the site.

What does it mean when one page brings almost all the traffic?

It means the site rests on a single asset. It is fragile: one ranking drop takes the whole site down with it. Use the positions 11-20 column on your other pages to find the next ones to push.

Should I worry about a page with many keywords but few visits?

Not necessarily — it usually means it ranks broadly but low, or for searches nobody makes. Check its 11-20 column: a page with a lot there is one solid improvement away from real traffic.

Is a page with traffic but no top-3 rankings a problem?

It is an opportunity. It is already relevant enough to rank; moving a handful of its keywords from position 5 to position 2 typically multiplies its visits without writing anything new.

The same page appears twice — why?

The rows are stored exactly as Google reports the URLs, so a page reachable with and without a trailing slash, or with a tracking parameter, can appear as two rows. That split also splits your ranking strength: a canonical URL fixes both problems.

How do I use this table to plan internal links?

Sort by monthly visits, take your strongest pages, and add links from them to the pages you want to lift. Strength flows along internal links, and it is the cheapest lever you control entirely.

How fresh is this data?

It is the last data collected for your site — nothing is fetched live when you open this page. Each block of data is re-collected on its own schedule by the automatic tasks. The report page shows the collection status of every section, and the Re-collect all data button there starts a fresh round when you have applied your fixes.

Why does the total here differ from the number in the report?

It does not — the report simply shows the first 25 rows as a preview, and this page shows every row that was stored. What can differ is the number quoted in a check point: those are often counted over the whole domain by DataForSEO, while this table only holds the rows that were downloaded and kept.

How do sorting and paging work?

Click any column heading to sort by it; click it again to reverse the order. Rows with no value stay at the bottom either way. Pages hold 100 rows and keep your sort as you move between them, so the link you copy always reopens the same view.

What should I actually do with this table?

Use it to pick targets, not to admire numbers. Sort by the column that matches your goal, take the first handful of rows, and turn them into concrete work — a page to write, a link to ask for, a title to rewrite. The report's action plan already ranks the most urgent of those for you.
