Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaaS platform for search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) provided by AkOOre ("AkOOre", "we", "us", "our") at akoore.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AkOOre is an AI-driven system that analyzes the SEO and GEO of websites and their pages, proposes strategies and actions, produces SEO and GEO reports, and executes the strategy approved by you. You remain the supervisor of your account: AkOOre acts on the websites and marketing accounts you connect, within the plan you approve.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use; you must be at least 16 years old to use it.

3. Your content and websites

You must own or control the websites and marketing accounts you connect to AkOOre, and you warrant that connecting them and letting AkOOre act on them does not violate any law or third-party right. You retain ownership of your websites and data. Content generated by the Service for you (articles, reports, audits) is yours to use once delivered to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose;
• connect websites or accounts you are not authorized to manage;
• attempt to probe, breach, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service or its data without our written consent;
• use the Service to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service interoperates with third-party platforms you choose to connect (such as Google Ads and Google Analytics) and relies on third-party data and AI providers. Those platforms have their own terms and policies, which apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans, prices, and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with prior notice effective at your next renewal.

7. No guarantee of results

SEO and GEO outcomes depend on search engines, AI assistants, competitors, and your own website — factors outside our control. We report honestly on the work done and its measured effect, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI visibility, or revenue.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and branding are and remain the property of AkOOre. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is in good standing.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; where reasonable, we will give you prior notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, AkOOre's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
