How to read this table
- Keyword — The search, as ranked or as declared in a page's meta keywords tag.
- Where it comes from — 'ranks' — the domain appears in Google for it. 'declared target' — a page names it in its meta keywords tag. Both at once is a promise kept.
- Your best position — The domain's best known Google position for the keyword. Empty means nowhere in the top 100.
- Searches per month — How often people type this search — declared targets are priced by their own bulk volume check.
- Ad cost per click — What advertisers pay for one click — the market's estimate of what a visitor from this search is worth.
- How hard to rank /100 — Under 30, content alone can win; above 60 the fight also needs links.
- Buying intent — The intent of the keyword's market segment (transactional and commercial searches are buyers). Empty when the market demand clustering has not placed the keyword.
- Visits it brings /mo — Estimated monthly organic visits the keyword already sends you at its current position.
- Worth in Google Ads /mo — What buying the keyword's current traffic would cost per month — the table's default order.
- Pages declaring it — How many audited pages name this keyword as a target. More than one page targeting the same keyword invites cannibalisation.
- Your best URL — The URL of yours that ranks (or ranks best) for the keyword.
Questions about this table
Why put ranked keywords and meta-tag keywords in one list?
Because the comparison is the information: a keyword you declare and rank for is a promise kept, one you rank for without declaring is an accident worth adopting, and one you declare without ranking is work not done yet — or a promise to delete.
Google ignores the meta keywords tag. Why measure it at all?
Exactly because it is ignored, the tag is a free place to write down each page's intended targets. AkOOre checks every declared keyword against the real Google results, which turns the tag into a measurable plan.
Where do a declared-only keyword's volume and price come from?
The declared-keywords check prices its whole batch with one bulk Google Ads volume request, so even a target you never rank for carries its searches per month and click price. Rows checked before that existed show a dash until their page is re-checked.
How fresh is this data?
It is the last data collected for your site — nothing is fetched live when you open this page. Each block of data is re-collected on its own schedule by the automatic tasks. The report page shows the collection status of every section, and the Re-collect all data button there starts a fresh round when you have applied your fixes.
Why does the total here differ from the number in the report?
It does not — the report simply shows the first 25 rows as a preview, and this page shows every row that was stored. What can differ is the number quoted in a check point: those are often counted over the whole domain by AkOOre's estimation system, while this table only holds the rows that were downloaded and kept.
How do sorting and paging work?
Click any column heading to sort by it; click it again to reverse the order. Rows with no value stay at the bottom either way. Pages hold 100 rows and keep your sort as you move between them, so the link you copy always reopens the same view.
What should I actually do with this table?
Use it to pick targets, not to admire numbers. Sort by the column that matches your goal, take the first handful of rows, and turn them into concrete work — a page to write, a link to ask for, a title to rewrite. The report's action plan already ranks the most urgent of those for you.
